Convicted Of Misdemeanor Stolen Property Charge
A Putnam County man is being held in the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville.
Anthony Ryan Perkins, 21, of Poca, was admitted Thursday, June 28th, 2012. Officials booked and photographed at noon, according to the jail's web site.
Perkins was sentenced June 28th, 2012, by Putnam Circuit Judge Phillip M. Stowers, court and jail records state. A one-year jail term was suspended in favor of two years of probation and five days behind bars.
On February 3rd, 2012, Perkins pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charge of Receiving and Transferring Stolen Property. The court could not provide details of the crime when PutnamLIVE.com placed inquiry telephone calls.
