Accused Of Failing To Appear In Putnam Circuit Court
A Putnam County woman is being held in the Western Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, in Barboursville.
Jamie Beth Beard, 31, of Culloden, was admitted April 23rd, 2012. Officials booked and photographed her at 4:15 p.m., according to the jail's web site.
An accused felon, Beard is charged with embezzlement after being indicted in November, of 2011, by the Putnam County Grand Jury.
Acting Putnam Circuit Judge James O. Holliday issued an order for Beard's detention after she allegedly failed to appear in his courtroom in March, court documents state.
Beard's Putnam Circuit Court case number is: 11F, 143.
