according to the list.
Sheriff Mark L. Smith earned $56,139.96. He also serves as Putnam County's tax collector.
Putnam County Administrator Brian S. Donat earned $51,258.29 while Putnam County Commissioners Stephen H. Andes, Raymond "Joe" Haynes and James H. "Jim" Caruthers, Jr. each earned $33,879.96 for the 2006 calendar year.
Circuit Clerk Donald A. Wright and County Clerk William B. "Brian" Wood each earned $50,820.00.
The salaries paid do not include the cost of medical benefits.
