School March 2nd as
part of Read Across
America Day.

kindergarten class and
Mrs. April Harper’s
second grade class.

March 2nd is the
birthday of Theodor
Seuss Geisel, the
author of "Cat in the
Hat," one of the world's favorite children's books. "Dr. Seuss" was born in 1904, in Springfield, Massachusetts. He passed away in 1991in his adopted hometown of San Diego.
