After The Van Lady Bulldogs made the long trek down route 85 & 119 to 62 to Buffalo Friday night, January 4th, 2008, the Lady Bisons from Buffalo beat them badly. Very badly.

The Lady Bisons led 29 - 12 at halftime. They came out and took a 17 - 10 first quarter lead. Buffalo broke the game open out scoring Van 12 - 2 in the 2nd quarter for their big halftime margin. Most of the subs played the 4th quarter and handled their self very well, out scoring Van 21 - 6 . Buffalo's coaches showed class playing mostly subs late in the game.

There was just too much Cassie Conley and Janae Hicks as both tied for the game lead with 15 points each. Senior all state candidate Cassie Conley also dished off a game high 5 assists and pulled down 5 rebounds. Junior all state candidate Janae Hicks had 13 points before halftime and didn't play much the 2nd half . she hit three 3 pointers in the 1st half , she also dished off a couple assists. Both played great defense also.

Brittany Herdman also played a well of a game with 7 points and dished off 4 assists. Junior Amanda Young also played a whale of a game with 6 points and pounded the boards hard with a game high 7 rebounds and had 2 steals. Sophmore Hannah Lloyd played very well with 4 points and dished off 4 assists. Senior Danielle Herdman played well with 4 points and dished off 3 assists and had a team high 3 steals. Freshman Jessica Lacy had 3 points she also had 4 rebounds and hit a three pointer. Freshman Danielle Hershey had two points. She also pulled down a couple rebounds. Junior Samantha Redd pulled down three rebounds. Sophomore Ashley Barnett dished off an assist and had a rebound. Freshman Danielle Gallagher dished off an assist and pulled down two rebounds. Freshman Jasmine Hudsen dished off an assist. Freshman Lela Reedy pulled down two rebounds. Freshmen Alyssa Gladfelter and Chelsea Watt both have played well for the 2 - 5 Lady Bisons all year .
