One of Putnam County's care facilities failed
to make the grade
during a recent
Putnam Health Department kitchen inspection.
Teays Valley Center, a
Genesis facility, was cited for 11 "Critical" and 11 "Non-Critical" violations
in its kitchen March 23rd, during a routine visit, according to
the
report posted above this story.
The 11 "Critical" violations were:
Sanitarian Shannon Savage did not close Teays Valley Center's kitchen.
PutnamLIVE.com telephoned Teays Valley Center seeking comment on the inspection report. A message was left for Rebecca Bonnell, who signed the inspection report. As of this publication, she has not returned the call.
