Facility Cited For Two Critical Violations

A Putnam County McDonald's was cited for two "Critical" and five                                    "Non-critical" health                                      code violations in                                     September.

The routine inspection                                 took place September                                     11th by a Putnam                                     County Board of                                         Health Sanitarian, according to the inspection report posted above this story.

It is important to note that the critical violations were not considered dangerous to the health of the customers.

PutnamLIVE.com attempted to contact Manager Brian McClanahan who signed the inspection report. He was not available. Another manager who took our call immediately hung up when we asked about the violations.

The critical violations were:

  1. Leftover breakfast gravy in container in walk-in cooler not marked-disposed of. Note-Manager said containers of leftover breakfast foods are not to be kept but are to be disposed of.

  2. Faucet in supply room between toilet rooms not provided with back-flow protection device/has hose attached.
