Kitchen Cited For Two Critical Violations

A Scott Depot day care's kitchen cafeteria was cited for three health                                      code violations                                        October 2nd, records
state.

PutnamLIVE.com has                                  learned that Almost                                      Home was  cited for                                   two "Critical" and one                                     "Non-critical" health code violations.

The routine inspection was conducted by a Putnam County Board of Health Sanitarian according to the inspection report posted above this story.

PutnamLIVE.com called Almost Home for comment. Manager Frank Sacco, who signed the report, says the issues "Were corrected on the spot," and that "They will not happen again."

Sacco adds, "We've been here 17 years and I think we have a pretty good record."
