On Tuesday, December 4th, 2007 the 11th Annual Teays Physical Therapy Center, Gridiron Gamer of the Year Reception was held at Teays Physical Therapy Center’s Sports Complex. More than 60 people attended this event to honor the local area high school athletes who had been selected Gridiron Gamers of the Week since August of 2007.
The event was catered by Top Spot.
Each player was recognized for his weekly accomplishments this year. The coaches commented on each of their players’ abilities and leadership qualities on and off the field. Michael Scott, quarterback of Nitro High School and Nick Harris, quarterback for Buffalo High School were named Gridiron Gamers of the Year.
The 11th Annual Gridiron Gamer of the Year reception was a huge success. We would like to thank the following sponsors for providing gift certificates and door prizes for the event: Blockbuster, Movie Biz, Husson’s Pizza, Video Madness, Tim Horton's, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and TPTC.
